NOC = No Objection letter for your wife RP, and also mentioning your position and salary on it.
2nd If you do not attest it from your country, then embassy of your country in Qatar will not stamp it and so as MOFA.
3rd Qatar is providing there own format marriage certificate which is easy to read for the Arab ppl in MOFA
4th I am not sure if they need continued or not, but you can try your luck and also you can get visit visa and later when your 6 month statement is ready then you can apply for permanent visa.
