I believe they would require you getting a new license and go through classes too.Since ur current drving license can't be converted to Qatar Permanent License.
if that is the case, you can go to any school, take your passport copy, your temporary license, ur qatar ID copy, a letter from your company written in Arabic stating that they have no objection for you to take a driving license.
Pay the fee, get the short course (7 days) and after, move ahead with the test.
