Thank's for the info Sanforu, you are right. But is it legal for the sponsor to refuse granting NOC just because they are afraid of getting block listed? Please advise because I want to file a complaint. If they do not want to issue NOC then why sponsor visa? It would be too much headache costly for the person being sponsored to go back to his country or exit to other nearby countries. They have the capacity to issue NOC, why not do it?
