Mariam-mar-not an option and you should know it.  Can only do as the Romans do if you have the resources of the Romans.  Many many  people in Qatar have to make-do with an underdeveloped public transportation infrastructure. You know, or should reasonably be expected to know this.

Working women who are here either as singles or  with only their immediate nuclear family are unable to rely on their also working male relatives.  If the non-Qatari female  workers of this country had to follow the expectation that you have laid out, nothing at all would get done.
