The usual procedure is to get a referral from a private/ PHC doctor. Prenatal check ups are usually done in the Health Centers unless there is a need that you be referred to Womens Hospital early. Needless to say that you will spend more time waiting in WH rather than do your check ups in Health Centers. Good Luck.
