AS USUAL NOVITA77 IS THE FIRST TO ANSWER, IT'S SO GREAT HOW YOU ALWAYS BE THE FIRST IN HELPING PEOPLE.

AS I'M WORKING IN THE OILFIELD, AND BOTH QP & QATARGAS ARE MY CLIENTS, I THINK I CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS:

1. How much the standard range BS comparing my experience??

I THINK YOU SHOULD GET PAID BETWEEN 15K-25K IN A COMPANY LIKE QP OR QATARGAS, EVEN THE BS FOR YOUR FRIEND IN QATARGAS IS LOW (SORRY).

2. Is it possible to re-negotiate after arrival in Qatar??

I DON'T THINK IT'S POSSIBLE TO NEGOTIATE AFTER YOU COME HERE, SINCE YOU WON'T BE ALLOWED TO COME BEFORE SIGNING, AND AFTER YOU SIGN IT THERE WON'T BE ANY NEGOTIATING.

IN GENERAL, YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE RESIGNED FROM TOTAL BEFORE YOU SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT, IT WOULD HAVE MADE YOUR SITUATION STRONGER FOR NEGOTIATING.

3. Could i move to other qatar companies??

IT DEPENDS ON YOUR CONTRACT RULES AGAIN, AND YOUR SPONSOR IN QATAR IN THE FIRST PLACE, IF HE AGREES TO GIVE YOU NOC (NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE) THEN YOU CAN MOVE TO ANOTHER COMPANY, IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU ADD THIS AS A POINT IN YOUR CONTRACT.

4. Is there posibility that BS offered has been plaid by our man power supply agency??

THIS IS UNLIKELY TO HAPPEN, SINCE YOU WILL BE GETTING PAID DIRECTLY FROM YOUR COMPANY HERE, AND HE SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY RELATION WITH YOU AFTER YOU SIGN, AND AFTER GETTING HIS COMMISION, I PRESUME THIS IS HOW IT WORKS WITH AGENCIES, OR MAY BE IT'S DIFFERENT CASE IN YOUR COUNTRY, WHY DON'T YOU GO AND CHECK WITH THEM?

THINK ABOUT IT VERY WELL BEFORE DECIDING

GOOD LUCK
