Hi. I'm sorry i don't know a great deal but I do know someone who sees a consultant at the Hamad Hospital for similar reasons and their experience has been very positive. They have a family centred approach, involving parents in important decisions, such as drugs and behaviour therapy. They felt that the care here was far more positive than they had experienced elsewhere, particularly in the UK where long waits and over booked clinics made it stressful for all of them.  I asked them and they said they went to their primary health clinic and asked to be referred.  At the same time, the Hamad also order a full ENT check in case of any hearing problems.
