I came across a thread that said access to QF/Education City/US Univ. libraries were only accessible to staff and students.   

I can't work at home because the internet distracts me.  So I need to just be in a big A/C room, with people reading or working, and lots of desks...  It's funny how a dreary image can seem like a dream.
