based on past threads about libraries in Qatar I fear a dead end.  I will give these numbers a ring tomorrow, but something tells me I may not get through to most of them.  I'm relatively new to Doha but I guess some of these are outside of Doha city limits, so that's a no-no.  

Where do Qatari residents (that don't have their own office) go to, to get productive work done?   :(
