since you have the contract with ABC qatar co. u have to submit ur resignation to this co. and give them the notice period mentioned in their contract. you will take all ur rights + ticket if u r eligible to. Or if there is any subcontract between ABC and XYZ then u can submit ur papers to to labor dept. after the notice period is over, after the notice period they have no right to keep u one sec. good luck
