As posted above, there is a R/A at Honda company. You'll also see a large Caterpillar billboard while you cross the R/A. Go straight past this R/A, then drive for 200 meters and you'll see a board indicating CID and Fingerprinting Division to your right. Take right as indicated and you'll reach this office. It's a very short distance from the Honda company.
