It is a company that gives you a UK and US mailing address and then when things are delivered to that address they fly it out to their Doha office for you to collect. It isn't very expensive and means that you can buy online without paying international shipping charges, also, lots of companies don't offer international shipping. It usually takes 24 hours from reaching the UK box to arrive in Doha. The office is on salwa road. It's called Shop and Ship.
