I suggest to wait, there is a probability that Apple would release a new generation of new iPhones in June, and could have 3G support.  

I personally sell iPhones, but I've stopped selling them for the time being till June official update of the new iPhone software, which could be accompanied by releasing a new generation of iPhones 

A full native support of Arabic is expecting to be release with the new software as well
