BSD subsytem is in your INSTALLER application.

this is what you will do:

1. open Installer

2. go to System

3. click the BSD subsystem, then press INSTALL.

4. wait for it to finish.

5. after that it is installed.

note: this is not an application, this is just a requirements for most of all programs.
