I mean to say, k he is not allowing me to go to Home country. I dont want release as in I dont want to work in Qatar. And I am happy to go back to my home country.

I was wondering Should I complain to labor department coz im scared they will not give me my due benefits or may cause me any harm or my belongings?

Should I go for Labor department? what they can help me in this regard
