Yes it is a rumour, there is no change in any sponsorship change rules, it is same as old, first change after 2 years of job, after that 1 year minimum working for a change, in case to change before completion of 1 year, and the present sponsor is willing to allow, then take a NOC for 6 months, extendable for another 6 months, and work with a new company but no Govt. co would allow this, they would need proper transfer of sponsorship,
