Have you considered a paste on unibrow?

Seriously, do go to the police.  Have co-workers, one caucasian and one South Asian who were followed and then had their asses grabbed while they were walking on the corniche.  They got the guy's license number.  Cops traced it to to the boy's father.  They went to Sharia court and the whole family was deported back to Egypt.  Don't think it is as much racism as it is laziness.
