1) You wait till the Visa expires (it has a validity of 6 months...it would be mentioned in the Visa sent to you). After that a new Visa can be issued to you - Business Visa / Employment Visa, etc (that is any type of Visa)
2) You ask the Employer to get it cancelled. Post that a new visa (of any type) can again be applied in your name. This way you save time.
