If my idea will be approved each party should have a set of agreements & rules to be followed. Such as the pets shops need to provide animals with nice, comfortable and well ventilated cages, daily good foods etc.
Lets think that animals can not talk or defend for themselves. We humans have the responsiblity & we should be the one to take care & fight for their rights.
