u can go to shahwani library its a pakistani library u can ask them to help u find self learning book on urdu if ur arabic it wont be hard for u to understand urdu as the alphabets are same

the library is located between sofitel(mercure) hotel and souq waqif. if ur going from waqif towards the hotel the library will be on ur left side.

but any ways i will still try to find a teacher for u
