I compare between qatar airways and Etihad from doha to Manchester  business class return ticket and i found the price of Etihad cheaper than qatar airways it cost 15670 QR for qatar airways and 12540 QR for Etihad

The difference is qatar airways is non stop but the Etihad is 1 stop in

Abu dhabi (UAE)

Also you can try with Emirates and air gulf
