Dear Don't worry..its very simple..

you have to go early morning.. to your nearest Health Center..with your wife passport copy..2 photo..100 riyals (before cash now i thing by Card only..) & not sure..may be your ID card & health Card also required (if your are the sponcer of your wife.) submitt all this thing thing.. and you are done...
