go to Qatar petroleum website- follow the link to mesaieed- then job vacancies. they are advertising now- I think for trainers ESL teachers- there is a link to their official teacher recruitment website ( network something- I have forgotten)

Also both Dukhan and Mesaieed advertise in the TES  ( british teachers recuitment newspaper)

I am not sure if they employ other nationalities- but there is nothing to stoip you checking it out.
