check with dubai embassy if you can get on-arrival visa or not by mentioning your position stated in your QID, if not then u cannot apply for UAE visa on your own...it should be thru sum airlines i.e. emirates/etihaad/air arabia and purchase the whole package i.e your visa, hotel and ticket...its only air arabia that gives package of tickets and visa but you have to fly sharjhan..
