hello

in the begging u said that hinduism is not religion, but  vedic philosophy. philosophy and religion are always inter related. just when u start to ask yourself where r u coming from, u r becoming some kind of philosopher. as second question is usually showing up thought' is there a god". and hinduism, or vedic philosophy is actually prepareing u "to go back home", to heavenly planet.

as u know, in bhagavat gita is an verse where lord krishna says"just surrend to me, become my devotee "(i appologize for most probably wrong translation, and also i forgot lot of versies from bhagavat gita).so , also if shape of lord krishna is worshiped(there are different shapes of krishna)how then you can say it is philosophy and not religion?philosophy doesn't invite you to surrend to god, promising you supreme protection.

all vedas, upanishada, mahabarata, srimad bhagavatam is giving knowledge about god, our relation with him and instruction how to purify ourselves and how to become self realized.there are straight instructions.even how to sleep, what to eat, how to pray, how to worship god, u get full image of lord krishna.

it was actually always strange to me that preachers of veda always put stress on veda as philosophy.if i am wrong, please reply
