Go to you Embassy and complaint there. They will advise you everything. And because of your Visa transfer is not completed (I hope you came back in your previous sponsorship) You can request that company to give NOC again to some other company if you finds another job. If you came back in New Visa after Visa transfer you will have more support from Embassy.
