Looks are not really important...but overall personality is what matters... 

Do we women really marry/date a very ugly man however good he is? unless they have some other hidden motive.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.... so one who looks ugly for us may look handsome/pretty in the eyes of their partner...
