My family is here in qatar under a completely different sponsor. The most powerful sponsor in the country actually.  I want to go under my wifes sponsorship and all I need in an NOC. 

I am and was available to sign. I was never asked to sign. Also willing to sign in need be.

My wife's sponsor says they have broken the law.
