The message is clear, however bad your punctuation and writing is. I toohad bad experience with Jet Airways en route Kochi last August. We as a family travelled in Business class. They provided us a menu card with lots of stuff which I later found were non existent on board. However we ordered meals with chicken. A few minutes later the lady comes telling us they could offer only 2 chicken meals for my family and not four. Had to settle for 2 veg.I did not want to create a scene there and just made a written complaint on board which I am sure went into the shredder. Decided not to travel by that lousy airliner again. Happy that Qatar airways have a day flight from Kochi which solves my problem.
In Kochi too the jet flight is parked away from the aerobridge and upon asking my friend who is an airport employee in Kochi, I learnt that Jet had dues since 2001 or so to be paid to CIAL kochi and so they have refused basic services like bus transport from the aircraft to the terminal etc. All passengers have to carry their luggage up a couple of flights of stairs after alighting from the aircarft in Kochi.
Jet is so fake that their web advertisements show westerners. Misleading. They forget that most of their clients are from India. Lousy to the core.
