1) Letter from company stating: How long you are with them, what your position is, what your salary is and what benefits it includes, also that the leave you are taking is your official leave with company acknowledgement.
2) Bank statements from the last 6 months - Bank printed and stamped - not the ones they send you in the post.
3) An invitation letter from your host or the hotel reservation
4) Copy of you plane ticket
5) Travel insurance of at least 40 000 euro
6) One passport picture (colour)
7) Your visa application form - can be downloaded
