Well, CB it is not that easy. My car is 2 years old and the IC said that you can go to your garage if you have an accident within an year of purchase. Guess, our timing was wrong!!! In the police report, it has mentioned that the fault goes to the another car as it hit our car from behind that too when we were waiting at signal.
So, remember people, have an accident within an year from the date of purhase to minimise the hassels!!!!!!
