Better you go to India for your study ( I hope after 12th grade ) If you get admission here in Qatar through Qatar Foundation, you have to sign contract for some years to serve here. keep in mind it is a bond. You can not leave or quit in between. If working conditions are not in your favour, it will be extremely difficult for you to continue and finish the bond period. If you opt to pay full fees to college, then you do not have to sign any bond. But fees are very very high for any expat to pay from pocket or loan.
