We are happy so far, international call promotion was good. Sign up was easy. Don't need to buy their phones..We had our own and just placed in the SIM card. Was activated in 10 min. You buy Virgin/Qtel (not plain QTel) phone cards to top up your credit... You need to visit the Virgin Electronics stores in major malls (Villagio, Landmark, etc), or stand-alone booths in malls.
