Surely every body would prefer a 64 bit .. Its like this in 32 bit you have a highway with 4 roads while in 64 bit you have 8 roads... do you get me...= ) now to further see if your processor can do for a 64 bit .. check on the website below:

note: sometimes some software old software doesn't support 64 bit. so better ask the retailer before buying.
