yeas you can , but you have to speak with offer , or pay 100 riyal one of the Sudani n there , they can do it for you , you need to be there , i had the same problem , but you have to take the passport with you , and copy should be attached of your passport with your NEW RP ,
better u pay 100 for that and they can do it for you ,
