Practise - verb - perform (an activity) or exercise (a skill) repeatedly or regularly in order to acquire, maintain or improve efficiency in it.
Practice - noun - the business premises of a doctor or lawyer; the actual application or use of a plan or method, as opposed to the therories relating to it.
Confusion arises because both words sound the same and US English uses "practice" for both meanings. It's difficult enough for native English speakers to understand the difference so non-native speakers have my sympathy.
