There is an office that take them at Rhumaliah hospital. I'm not exactly sure where the office is tho'.
You can take it to your local health centre. I
look for a place that has three green hexagons fixed on top of a high pole.
I had to take a utility bill with me to prove i lived in that area.
I strongly advise you to get Hamad cards for you and your family. If you have a serious health issue here Hamad is the only place to go.
Once you have done the initial, very painful part of getting your first cards, you can renew ever after on line.
