My husband did this recently with Google. He paid a web-hosting fee of USD10.00 he was then provided with access on a blank web page to start it. The fee is one time and is payment for the whole year. Every year to maintain the page you have to pay a certain fee. I am just not sure whether it is still USD10 or lower.
