Having delivered via CS in first pregnancy doesn't necessarily mean that you would need the same in 2nd pregnancy( Depends upon the cause of CS during 1st pregnancy).
Since the cause for you was breech position of baby in 1st, you may very well deliver normally if baby is in correct position this time. Have faith in your doctor and discuss all your fears with your doc. All the best.
