If you are married in the Philippines, you must get the annulment, done there....By the way I hope you have money, and a lot of time.... Quick annulments are only for the rich.... You will be ordered by the judge to undergo family counseling for several months, to try and work things out.
I have heard of getting one from a Fixer for like $500.00, but I have never actually known anyone to get this kind, and I am not sure if it would actually pass at the embassy
