yes, u can obtain a visa on the arrival in Doha airport (paid by credit card - 100QR) based on ur UAE residency (3 years, isn't it?), BUT, depends on ur profession written on the residence visa. this kind of visa is only for certain type of professions - better u ask Qatar embassy in UAE!
