Easiest way in my opinion: Leave Villagio and Hyat on right- next R/A turn left (where the zoo is -on left)- keep going till the road become narrow (Industrial R/A) - still keep strait to the next R/A and make a U Turn - on the right hand side you'll see 2 big buildings in the middle of nowhere (so, between Industrial R/A and next one, on the right - after U Turn)
That is the Finger Print Office for MAN - for woman is another place - Good luck !
