I, also made a minor accident (small dent) with my car in the parking lot and went to the usual process of getting a police report and went to the insurance (QIC) in Abu Hamour. After they checked the car, they told me that I can now bring my car to the Honda repair shop. I went there and asked the incharge person how long with it take for my car to finish and he said 2-3 days. So, I was at ease of mind that my car will be finish within 3 days after all it is just a small dent. Not knowing that the insurance will need to re-approve the repairing of my car, I called the Honda after 1 day to check the status of my car and to my surprised they told me that they still need the approval from QIC to begin repairing my car and that it was not yet there. "How come they needed like this when I already went to the insurance and they told me to bring the car to Honda?" After 2 days I called again to check my car's status and they told me that they already started the repairing and it will be finished within 2 days. So, after 2 days I called them again to check my car and I was happy to hear that it was already repaired and that I'm longing to get it. But to my surprised again, they told me that they can not release my car until they get the LPO from the QIC! Now, because I wanted my car very badly I had to call the insurance to speed up the issuing of that LPO. I am very unhappy with QIC!
