Of course not just the passport and the ticket. Your visa is important. I understand that you still have to go through the Qatar embassy in Manila(Makati to be exact) for the translation/certification as it is required by the Philippine Immigration. Moreover, it is required that your return ticket be "confirmed" by the airline to make sure that you are returning to the Philippines within the timeframe stated on the visa(usually within a month because initially your visa is just for one month).
