thank you for the warm WB, the corn fritters were so good all gone now but i made a huge batch of the batter that any time they want to have some we just fry them(easier than having to whip up fr scratch again) and looks like no thai lunch today we just invited for some indonesian lunch today....:O)

life's too short so make the most of it, you only live but once.......
