Hi Canarybird - how are you? its been some time :-)

This happens all the time. At times - I get excellent service from Emirates - other times - its not so great. Same with Qatar Airways. Since I have used Etihad only once - could be that it was streak of bad service luck ! :-(

I have not ruled them out for future use .. so shall keep your comments in mind while I make my next booking :-)
