You should do the honest thing and check with your company. Married benefits are paid to those who have their families living here with them, if your family has no intention of this then you are considered as entitled to only single benefits. This rule is enforced in many companies and if it is discovered that your family are not coming then you will be asked to pay the money back( or worse). And your company will find out eventually...is it really worth the risk?
