OK, so I wasn't looking for a QR3000 shared place, but he DID provide me with the names of some agents who I wouldn't otherwise have known and he also made me feel like there was someone out there who CARED! I didn't know where to start when it came to looking for a new apartment and amnesia was nice enough to chat with me about it via PM.
