The saddest thing is that, the property doesn't belong to them, and the local guy who is d owner is least bother about it. This gives them a free license to do watever they want.

And this is not the first time, I had similar experiences in Bahrain and UAE, I wish there can be a law to stop this cheap practice, by making it illegal to be a freelance agent.
