It's not the title you have in the Company, but the job title stated in your Pataqa. Ask someone who reads and understands Arabic to read your Job title. Technicians and above can sponsor, provided their salary meets the requirement. Laborer/Driver title, even if your salary is beyond the minimum requirement, cannot.
